My Pet Rabbits Have A
Good Rabbit House
Took me about 30 days to build this good
bunny house for my pet rabbits.

Looking in the rabbit house - The lighting is automatic, turns on for 17 hours per day.
Using special florescent tubes to be more like sunlight. Water is gravity fed
from the 8 gallon white tank in the back. The yellow walls are spray foam
insulation to R30. Has one window at each end with an exhaust fan to move plenty of
air out. Cages are at a perfect height for me to reach in. All these rabbits can be
cared for in about 10 minutes per day.
More fun to spend an hour though.

This is Duke.
He is a Rex. ( Buck )
This pet rabbit has plush fur and was known to
many as the "Velvateen" Rabbit. Rex means "King" and how true that is! These
rabbits come in the following varieties: Black, Black Otter, Blue, Chinchilla,
Chocolate, Californian, Castor, Lilac, Lynx, Opal, Red, Sable, Seal and White,
also the Broken Group. Males have a very masculine head and does are very
feminine. It is very well proportioned that gives the impression of balance and
uniformity. Legs should be short enough to dispel any sign of being rangy or
racy. Fur is to be very dense - the guard hairs are just as short as the
undercoat, so fur is 1/2 in. to 7/8 in. long, the ideal being 5/8.
That is what's happening at my good rabbit house.
