These baby bunnies are from one of my best pet rabbit does. Her name is Bambi. This is her third litter of baby bunnies. This first picture below is of babies rabbits at about 4 days old and is so peaceful looking. The nest for these baby bunnies was made out of wood chips and fur and in a metal nest box. Taking baby bunny pictures at this age is easy and fun.

What a nice looking bunch of baby bunnies!  These baby bunnies are just 4 days old. Come on, Smile little guys. At just a couple weeks old the baby bunnies have enough fur on them and no longer have the need for the warmth of momma's fur. The box is cleaned and they are placed in a bed of straw. Baby bunnies do well in either straw or wood chips.  In this picture, it looks like the red glow of these rabbits has made the entire room orange. The reason this baby bunny picture looks this way is because it was taken indoors under florescent lights. Taking outdoors baby bunny pictures is a much easier way to get good picture colors.  How many baby bunnies does it take to fill a hat? Just two I think. Cause three is a crowd. This day was cloudy and so the baby bunnies seemed to sit fairly still. Now I remember, it is the middle of the day and all rabbits like to take a siesta at this time of day.
