Large sauce pan or heat resistant roasting dish
Cooking time - 1 hour 20 minutes
Place all the
ingredients except the corn flour into a heat proof dish
simmer gently on top of the stove for 1 hour or until the
meat is tender.
When rabbit has cooled remove meat and chop into small
Mix corn flour with a little water add to heat proof dish
bring to boil stirring all the time.
Add the pieces of rabbit back in the dish with the sauce,
reheat and pour into a serving dish.
Serve with boiled rice or pasta and salad.
