Rabbit Stew Recipe

Salt and pepper

Cooking Time - 1 hour 15 minutes

Cut the rabbit into pieces and fry lightly in a small amount of oil or butter. In a separate saucepan fry the chopped onions and garlic until golden brown. Add the peeled, chopped tomatoes and bay-leaves.

Add the water to the rabbit and leave it to simmer for about 15 minutes. Pour in the wine and add the peas, chopped carrots, chopped potatoes, salt and pepper leaving it to cook for an hour on slow fire.
